  • Local Delivery (Lebanon): 2–7 business days

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to track your package online.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses listed during checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are correct; Skin Secrets is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

  • Certain remote or restricted areas may incur additional delivery times or shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Skin Secrets is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with next steps.
